The job reports to the shift Manufacturing Supervisor.\nThis is a 2nd Shift position, Monday through Friday 2:45 pm to 11:00 pm.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.\nExtruder Operator - Extruding rubber tube and/or extruding cover of rubber around braided hose\nBraider Operator - Creating braided hose from rubber tube\nRMF - Various operations surrounding the mixing, blending and milling of rubber used in the manufacture of hydraulic hose\nWhat We're Looking For\nThe ideal candidate possesses these skills.\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nOne year or more manufacturing experience preferred.\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work successfully in team environment.\nIn addition to machine operations, maintains a safe, clean and orderly work environment through effective housekeeping, 5S and TPM practices.
