You will play an important part in advancing our transition to Siemens-based automation platforms, improving performance, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency on a global scale.\nThis is an opportunity to combine your PLC programming expertise with hands-on engineering in an international environment where learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement are valued every day.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDesign, implement, and optimize automation and control systems that support standardized testing processes across global locations.\nProgram and develop Siemens PLC applications and HMI solutions using TIA Portal to enhance test stand functionality, reliability, and user experience.\nLead modernization initiatives for test stand automation platforms, improving system performance, maintainability, and cybersecurity.\nTroubleshoot and resolve automation, control, and data acquisition issues through effective root cause analysis and technical problem-solving.\nCollaborate with global engineering teams to define requirements, deploy automation solutions, and deliver measurable business impact.\nWhat We're Looking For\nHands-on experience with Siemens PLC programming, including Step 7 and TIA Portal, and the ability to develop and modify automation software independently.\nProven programming experience in industrial automation and control systems, including PLC and HMI development.\nKnowledge of WinCC, drive technologies, electrical control systems, and industrial communication interfaces.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagnose technical issues within automated equipment.\nStrong English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nThe opportunity to contribute to a global automation transformation and work on advanced testing technologies used worldwide.\nExposure to a broad range of technologies, including Siemens PLCs, WinCC, industrial drives, measurement systems, and data acquisition platforms.\nContinuous learning and professional development within a collaborative international engineering environment.\nMinimum gross monthly salary starting from €2,700, with the final offer reflecting your experience, expertise, and qualifications.\nRegular annual salary increases, an annual performance bonus based on company results, and life insurance.\nContribution to the 3rd pension pillar (DDS) and 2 additional vacation days beyond the statutory entitlement.\nReady to Make a Difference?\nIf you're passionate about automation, programming, and solving complex engineering challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
