Your expertise will help ensure stable and efficient production processes while supporting future investments and technological advancements.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDrive process optimization initiatives focused on improving productivity, reducing waste, lowering costs, and increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).\n\nIdentify and implement improvements, automation opportunities, and modernization projects for machines, equipment, and production lines using Lean Manufacturing principles.\n\nDefine process parameters, standardize workstations and procedures, and create technical documentation and work instructions.\n\nLead and coordinate production trials, process validations, and the implementation of new equipment into production.\n\nSupport production teams by troubleshooting technical issues, delivering training, and participating in root cause analysis and corrective actions.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nUniversity degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.\n\nExperience working in a manufacturing or production environment with responsibility for process improvement and optimization.\n\nKnowledge of statistical analysis methods and experience working with software such as Origin or similar statistical evaluation tools.\n\nAbility to analyze production data and translate findings into practical improvement actions.\n\nWorking proficiency in English or German, alongside Slovak language skills.\n\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nYou'll help engineer a better future by contributing to solutions that make a real difference around the world.\nThe minimum annual gross salary for a permanent employment contract is EUR 28,600.
