You will work closely with leaders across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial functions to create long-term value through innovation, resilience, and operational efficiency.\nIf you're passionate about developing people, improving processes, and building strong supplier partnerships, we invite you to help shape the next chapter of procurement at Danfoss.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead and execute the North America procurement strategy, aligning sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations with business objectives and growth priorities.\n\nDrive procurement excellence through category management, cost productivity initiatives, supplier development, and strategic sourcing programs that improve quality, delivery, cost, and innovation.\n\nPartner with Engineering and Operations to support new product development, ensuring supplier readiness, supply continuity, and successful product launches.\n\nAdvance digital procurement capabilities, including automation, analytics, process standardization, and performance dashboards that enable data-driven decisions.\n\nStrengthen supply chain resilience by managing supplier risk, supporting ESG and compliance initiatives, and developing sourcing strategies that mitigate geopolitical and market disruptions.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related field, along with highly experienced leadership in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.\n\nExtensive experience in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement operations, supplier relationship management, and global supply networks.\n\nProven success leading organizational transformation, developing procurement capabilities, and delivering measurable business results through change leadership.\n\nStrong business and financial acumen with experience balancing cost, quality, delivery, risk, and working capital objectives.\n\nPreferred qualifications include an advanced degree, professional certifications such as CPSM, C.P.M., CSCP, APICS, or ISM, and experience with industrial manufacturing, supplier quality, ESG requirements, trade compliance, or digital procurement transformation.\n\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
