This is a hands-on opportunity to work close to the production process and contribute to the successful delivery of innovative sensor solutions used around the world.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nAs a Product Engineer, you will:\nSupport daily manufacturing operations by investigating technical issues, troubleshooting production challenges, and helping maintain stable production processes\nWork closely with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, yield, and operational performance\nExecute product and process changes in production, ensuring that approved engineering changes are implemented accurately and documented according to established procedures\nCollaborate with global engineering teams during product introductions, transfers, and the implementation of new product variants\nContribute to root cause investigations and problem-solving activities to improve product reliability and manufacturing efficiency\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential Qualifications\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field\nExperience working in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment, ideally within electronics, sensors, or similar technical products\nPractical experience supporting production processes, resolving manufacturing issues, and working closely with operators and cross-functional teams\nStrong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges\nGood communication skills in English and Bulgarian, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with SAP, engineering change processes, electronics manufacturing, or sensor technologies would be considered an advantage.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
