Your contributions will help strengthen the security of embedded, IoT, cloud-connected, and digital products while supporting efficient and sustainable software delivery.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDrive the adoption of DevSecOps practices across engineering teams by embedding security controls, testing, and governance capabilities into the software development lifecycle to support secure software delivery at scale.\nDesign, implement, and continuously improve secure CI/CD capabilities that can be consistently adopted across products, platforms, and development teams, making security an integrated part of everyday engineering workflows.\nIntegrate, automate, and optimize security tooling within development pipelines, including application security testing, software composition analysis, container security, artifact security, and software supply chain security capabilities.\nDevelop reusable automation, self-service capabilities, and standardized security solutions that reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and enable secure-by-default engineering practices across the organization.\nPartner with development, platform, and toolchain teams to establish scalable security processes, security gates, policies, and integration patterns that support consistent adoption of security capabilities across a diverse engineering landscape.\nWhat We're Looking For\nHands-on experience building, operating, and improving CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices in software development environments.\nStrong automation and scripting skills using technologies such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools.\nExperience integrating security tools into development workflows, including areas such as SAST, SCA, container security, software supply chain security, vulnerability management, or secrets detection.\nUnderstanding of product security for embedded, IoT, industrial, firmware, Linux-based, RTOS-based, or cloud-connected products.\nAbility tocollaborate with engineering teams, solve complex technical challenges, and drive scalable security improvements through automation and platform engineering.\nExperience applying AI technologies to DevSecOps, security automation, developer productivity, threat detection, or product security initiatives, with an understanding of how AI can help scale security capabilities across the software development lifecycle.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nAt Danfoss, you will have the opportunity to shape how product security is implemented across a global engineering organization.
