Working closely with operators, tool technicians, maintenance, quality, and product development teams, you will drive process optimization, troubleshoot complex production challenges, validate new products and materials, and implement robust solutions that ensure stable and efficient production.\nThis role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on engineering, problem-solving, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where new technologies, products, and materials are continuously introduced and your will have a direct impact on product quality, process capability, equipment uptime and productivity.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nYou'll work closely with operators, tool technicians, maintenance specialists, quality engineers, and product development teams to improve process performance and support the introduction of new products, materials, and technologies.\nYou will:\nOwn and continuously improve plastic injection moulding processes, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient production performance\nOptimize moulding parameters, cycle times, material utilization, and process capability to increase productivity, capacity, and reduce waste\nLead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of process deviations, quality issues, scrap, and equipment downtime, implementing sustainable solutions\nIntroduce and validate new products, materials, tooling, and equipment, ensuring smooth implementation and integration into production\nStrengthen process and quality control through structured methods such as APQP, process validation, PFMEAs, control plans, and maintenance strategies\nWhat We're Looking For\nTo succeed in this role, you'll combine technical expertise with a practical, hands-on approach to solving manufacturing challenges.\nEssential qualifications:\nTechnical background within plastic processing, injection moulding, production engineering, mechanical engineering, toolmaking, polymer engineering, or a related field\nStrong understanding of injection moulding processes, tooling, polymer materials, and production optimization\nAbility to combine analytical thinking with practical problem-solving on the shop floor\nStrong collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset when working across functions and with external partners\nFluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken\nExperience with APQP, PFMEA, process validation, continuous improvement methodologies, or quality management systems will be considered an advantage.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nAt Danfoss, you'll join an experienced and collaborative engineering environment where you'll have the opportunity to influence products manufactured in high volumes and used in homes around the world.\nYou'll work with advanced injection moulding technologies and play a key role in introducing new products, materials, and manufacturing solutions, while being supported by knowledgeable colleagues who value teamwork, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
