The role is responsible for safe equipment operation, consistent product quality, accurate production documentation, and maintaining an organized work area while meeting established production requirements.\nThis is a 3rd Shift position, working 8:45 pm to 7:00 am.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nOperate assigned wire-winding equipment in accordance with approved work instructions, specifications, and safety requirements.\nSet up, load, thread, and monitor wire and related materials used in the winding process.\nObserve machine operation and product condition; identify abnormalities and notify the appropriate team lead or supervisor when adjustments or support are needed.\nPerform required in-process quality checks and accurately record production and inspection information.\nConfirm materials, tooling, and job information match the scheduled production order before and during operation.\nMaintain material identification and good housekeeping standards, including 5S expectations in the assigned area.\nFollow all plant safety rules, required PPE practices, quality procedures, and standard work.\nSupport changeovers, routine cleaning, and basic operator care activities as trained and authorized.\nCommunicate production, quality, material, and equipment concerns promptly to the appropriate support function.\nWork cooperatively with team members and perform other production duties as assigned and trained.\nWhat We're Looking For\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience.\nAbility to follow written and verbal work instructions and accurately complete required production documentation.\nBasic math and measurement skills appropriate for a manufacturing environment.\nAbility to work safely around manufacturing equipment and to learn machine-specific operating requirements.\nAbility to work the assigned 3rd-shift schedule and overtime as business needs require.\nPhysical & Work Environment\nThis is a manufacturing-floor position that may involve prolonged standing and walking, repetitive hand and arm movements, bending, reaching, and handling manufacturing materials. Required PPE and site safety practices apply.
