Parts are assembled correctly and consistently, production stays on track, and our teams deliver reliable products that support customer satisfaction and business goals.\nYou’ll collaborate with your production team and take ownership of assembly, equipment use, and quality-compliant work practices, helping us move toward a more efficient and reliable future.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nAssemble compressor components by placing parts in the correct relationship and fastening them using bolts, clips, screws, adhesives, or other approved methods.\nOperate and tend equipment and tools such as hydraulic or pneumatic presses, air wrenches, and similar tools to support fitting, fastening, and bonding on the assembly line.\nFlex across production tasks as needed, including mechanical assembly, operating pressure test stands, functional testing, preparation, and material handling.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace and follow established safety practices throughout daily work.\nFollow quality policies, procedures, and instructions to support product quality, customer satisfaction, business goals, and environmental well-being.\nWhat We're Looking For\nHigh school diploma or GED\n1 to 3 years of related experience and/or training in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment\nAbility to follow work instructions, quality procedures, and safety guidelines consistently in a production setting\nComfort using basic production tools and equipment and performing hands-on, detail-focused work\nWritten and verbal communication skills needed to coordinate work, ask questions, and share updates with the team\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
