# Project Engineer (MFG), BPHE

The Impact You'll Make The Project Engineer is responsible for leading capacity expansion and capital investment projects to support business growth and manufacturing capability development.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase production capacity, productivity and operational efficiency. What You’ll Be Doing Lead capacity expansion and capital investment projects from concept to implementation. Manage project scope, timeline, budget and resource allocation. Identify and implement manufacturing capacity improvement opportunities. Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, EHS and Engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct feasibility studies, investment analysis and project risk assessments. Monitor project performance and ensure achievement of business objectives. Support manufacturing footprint optimization and productivity improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company safety, quality and engineering standards.
