You will have the opportunity to shape how new data center cooling products are planned, coordinated, and delivered.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead new product development and implementation projects for HVAC and data center cooling applications, helping teams move from planning to successful delivery.\nPlan and coordinate project activities across the full lifecycle to keep milestones, budgets, and deliverables on track. \nBring cross-functional teams together across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales,External Suppliers,Developing Partners and supporting functions to drive clear execution.\nManage risks, changes, and critical issues by creating transparency, escalating when needed, and driving practical mitigation actions. \nKeep stakeholders and customers aligned through clear communication, project updates, meetings, and follow-up on agreed actions.\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 5 years of relevant work experience, including several years in project or product management, preferably within new product development. Alternatively, experience leading a team in a people management role.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline.\nStrong coordination skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers around shared goals.\nClear communication and presentation skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.\nStructured problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic international environment.\nExperience in one or more of the following areas : data center cooling technologies, HVAC systems, mechatronics products connected via filedbus, building automation, EMS manufacturing,electronics or industrial products is considered a strong advantage.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
