Your ability to identify projects, develop a strong network, and convert opportunities into results will directly contribute to our growth and strengthen our position as a trusted partner in sustainable and energy-efficient building solutions.\nJoining an open and entrepreneurial team, you will have the opportunity to make a visible impact, collaborate across functions, and help customers deliver smarter and more efficient buildings.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with consultants, designers, installers, and other key stakeholders across the HVAC and BMS industry.\nInfluence project specifications by promoting and securing the inclusion of Danfoss solutions in new and existing projects.\nIdentify, develop, and manage a healthy project pipeline to create sustainable business growth.\nProvide technical guidance, product recommendations, quotations, and training to customers and partners throughout the project lifecycle.\nCollaborate closely with Technical Support, Sales, Marketing, and other business units to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximize project success.\nMonitor market developments and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and strengthen Danfoss' market position.\nWhat We're Looking For\nProven experience in project sales within the HVAC, Building Management Systems (BMS), or a closely related industry.\nAn established network within the HVAC, BMS, consulting, or installer community and the ability to build trusted customer relationships.\nStrong commercial mindset with a track record of developing opportunities and delivering results.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in French, Dutch, and English.\nSelf-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across teams.\nAbility to explain technical solutions in a clear and customer-focused way, whether through discussions, presentations, or training sessions.\nA collaborative and entrepreneurial approach, with a willingness to take ownership, show initiative, and contribute to team success.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
