Your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality products that address global climate and energy challenges.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled technology team where you can expand your technical expertise, contribute to impactful projects, and grow your career in an international manufacturing environment.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead electrical manufacturing technology activities within new product development projects to ensure successful product launches and efficient production processes.\nDevelop manufacturing concepts, equipment specifications, and production solutions for assembly, testing, tooling, and automation to improve productivity and product quality.\nApply quality engineering methods, including FMEA, MSA, and SPC, to identify risks, strengthen process control, and support continuous improvement.\nCreate and maintain manufacturing data, production routings, bills of materials, and process documentation in SAP to support reliable operations.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to implement manufacturing improvements and deliver project objectives.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.\nUnderstanding of electronic components and the operation of electronic assemblies.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing processes, production technologies, and continuous improvement principles.\nExperience with PCBAs, including handling procedures and basic failure analysis.\nKnowledge of ESD requirements and the fundamentals of electronics testing.\nExperience with production lines/cells, including knowledge of line components and their operating principles.\nAt least 2 years of Experience in a manufacturing environment within engineering, production, quality, product development, or a similar technical role.\nProfessional proficiency in Slovenian and English with strong communication and collaboration skills.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
