Project Support (CD/Sustaining/NPD)\nRFQ，Supplier selection, production capacity assessment\nFacilitate project planning and execution at supplier side\nProject ramp up/down at supplier side\nTrack supplier project milestones and escalate risks to ensure project delivery on time.\n2. Supplier management - performance, delviery, quality and capacity\nSupport implementation of global purchasing strategy and ensure supplier execution to meet business needs.\nDrive supplier improvement actions on quality, delivery, responsiveness and productivity.\nProactively monitor vendors' production capacity and develop it based on demand in advance\nProactively execute supplier relationship and risk management\nPrice maintain and management\nSupport supply chain to ensure on-time delivery and right quality\nFollow up supplier action plans and ensure timely closure of issues related to delivery, quality, capacity and cost.\n3. Cost Reduction\nConduct cost analysis and benchmark\nCost reduction and negotiation\nProductivity track (ITT pipeline : ideas generation → execution → database upkeep)\nSupport VAVE initiatives\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree or above, preferably in mechanical engineering, mechatronic, supply chain, or related disciplines.\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in direct material purchasing, supplier management, or project procurement.\nPreferred experience working with suppliers in mechanical components, fabrication, casting, machining or HVAC industries\nAble to communicate independently with global stakeholders in written and spoken English.\nStrong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.\nProficient in MS Office , and good presentation skills are required.
