Your expertise will directly influence customer satisfaction, employee well-being, operational excellence, and environmental performance.\nThis is an on-site leadership role based at our Louisville, Kentucky manufacturing facility, where you will have the opportunity to make a visible impact while helping teams achieve ambitious quality and safety objectives.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead quality, environmental, health, and safety initiatives that improve operational performance, strengthen compliance, and support a culture of continuous improvement.\nDrive problem-solving and corrective action efforts by identifying root causes, reducing defects, and improving customer and employee outcomes.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, enhance manufacturing performance, and ensure consistent product quality.\nOversee audits, compliance activities, and management systems to maintain alignment with quality, safety, and environmental standards and regulatory requirements.\nDevelop and coach teams on quality and safety best practices, building accountability, capability, and engagement across the facility.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field\nMinimum 5 years in a Quality/Safety role within a manufacturing environment\nMinimum 3 years in a management role\nBlack Belt in Six Sigma\nStrong knowledge of OSHA and ISO 9001 standards\nExperience with behavior-based safety and structured root cause investigation\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to influence cross-functional teams and drive change\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
