You'll work closely with production, engineering, logistics, and international stakeholders, helping to identify issues, find root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.\nIf you are someone who enjoys challenges, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is confident in defending quality standards, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDrive quality assurance activities throughout the production process, ensuring only compliant products reach our customers and maintaining the highest quality standards.\n\nAnalyze production, testing, and machine performance data, identify root causes of non-conformities, and lead corrective and preventive actions to improve quality and efficiency.\n\nCollaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and international teams on continuous improvement initiatives, new product introductions, process changes, audits, and customer requirements.\n\nCreate and maintain quality documentation, including control plans, work instructions, process descriptions, inspection specifications, quality reports, and customer-related quality documents.\n\nConduct in-process and final product inspections, manage non-conforming products, support customer complaint investigations, and deliver training to strengthen quality awareness across the organization.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nMaster’s degree (2nd level) in a technical field\nBasic knowledge of electrical engineering\nPrevious relevant experience in an industrial manufacturing environment\nCommunicative level of English; German language skills are an advantage\nAdvanced PC skills, particularly MS Office (advanced Excel). Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage\nStrong teamwork and collaboration skills, with flexibility and adaptability.
