Your work will connect data, structured problem solving,\nand quality-system discipline to better outcomes for customers and manufacturing teams.\nYou'll collaborate with customers, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality auditors and technicians, and new-product teams\nwhile owning key quality activities across customer response, process validation, nonconforming product, audits, and\nperformance improvement.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead customer-quality investigations and responses, including 8D problem solving, control-plan updates, return materialauthorization, warranty analysis, and customer-system reporting.\n\nUse statistical and structured problem-solving methods, including GR&R;, Cpk, SPC, DOE, and 5-Why analysis, tovalidate processes, resolve issues, and prevent recurrence.\n\nOwn quality performance within the assigned area through process and system audits, nonconforming-product control,corrective actions, and clear reporting of defects, scrap, quarantine, and improvement plans.\n\nPartner with Manufacturing and Engineering on new-product introduction, process validation, deviations, engineeringchanges, FMEA, control plans, APQP, and PPAP activities.\n\nPromote a strong quality culture by coaching auditors and technicians, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuringalignment with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and applicable safety and environmental management systems.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nA bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.\nExperience in manufacturing or customer quality, with the ability to lead investigations, corrective actions, andcommunication with internal and external stakeholders.\n\nPractical knowledge of FMEA, control plans, MSA, SPC, statistical methods, process capability, and structuredproblem-solving tools such as 8D and 5-Why.\n\nFamiliarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements, plus exposure to APQP, PPAP, audits, measuring systems, andcustomer-specific requirements.\n\nEnglish skills that support customer and cross-functional communication, combined with a proactive, analytical, andcoaching-oriented mindset.\n\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
