Your work will have a direct impact on product reliability, customer satisfaction, and the performance of our manufacturing operations.\nYou will work closely with supply chain, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to prevent quality issues and solve problems at their root cause. Using proven quality methods and data, you will turn challenges into sustainable improvements.\nIf you enjoy structured problem-solving, working across teams, and seeing the results of your improvements on the production floor, this role gives you the opportunity to make a tangible impact.\nThe job is onsite at Danfoss campus in Grodzisk Mazowiecki.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nEnsure products and processes meet IATF 16949 quality requirements, maintaining clear and accurate quality documentation.\nInvestigate quality issues using Core Tools and structured problem-solving methods, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.\nOwn the customer complaint process, ensuring issues are addressed effectively and actions lead to lasting improvements.\nStrengthen supplier quality by working with suppliers and supply chain teams to improve the quality of components and leading the PPAP process.\nDrive continuous improvement in manufacturing, proactively reviewing processes and identifying opportunities to prevent defects and improve quality performance.\nWhat We're Looking For\nHigher technical education, preferably within electronics, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.\nExperience in a Quality Engineer or similar quality role, preferably within an automotive or manufacturing environment.\nPractical knowledge of IATF 16949 and quality Core Tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, and 8D.\nExperience with root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, PPAP, and supplier quality processes.\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.\nFluent English and Polish language, both written and spoken.
