You’ll gain exposure to problem-solving methodologies, quality systems, and cross-functional collaboration while building skills that will support your future career.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nSupport quality initiatives by analyzing defect data, validating information, and assisting with non-conformance investigations to improve product quality and process performance.\n\nParticipate in Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities, helping identify issues and implement sustainable solutions.\n\nPartner with production, warehouse, and quality teams to gather feedback, improve processes, and support operational excellence initiatives.\n\nAssist with updates to PFMEAs, Control Plans, standard operating procedures, and work instructions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with quality standards.\n\nCollaborate with Quality Engineers to understand manufacturing processes, quality requirements, and how data supports business and operational decisions.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum 3.0 GPA.\n\nUnderstanding of quality management principles and an interest in manufacturing, continuous improvement, and problem-solving.\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions.\n\nGood organizational, project management, and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with PFMEA, Control Plans, or quality management systems is a plus.\n\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
