By applying structured problem-solving methods and quality tools, you will help reduce waste, improve efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction.\nThis is an opportunity to influence processes, develop people, and build a culture where quality is embedded in everything we do.\nThis is a fully onsite position at our factory in Louisville, Kentucky.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead root cause investigations and corrective actions for customer and manufacturing quality issues, helping prevent recurrence and improve product reliability.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to identify process risks, implement preventive actions, and improve operational performance.\nStrengthen quality systems through audits, documentation management, and compliance activities that support industry and customer standards.\nApply quality and continuous improvement tools to analyze performance data, drive decision-making, and deliver measurable business results.\nCoach and support employees in quality methods and best practices, helping build capability and a culture of continuous improvement.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field\nExperience with metrology, gauging and calibration system management experience\nExperience in manufacturing environments; experience with metal stamping/pressing and assembly operations preferred.\nStrong knowledge of FMEA, 8D, RCPS, SOP, and blueprint reading\nFamiliarity with ERP systems (Axapta or SAP)\nComputer literacy and strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to challenge the status quo and drive meaningful changes\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
