This role plays a critical part in driving continuous improvement, ensuring product quality, and protecting the customer experience through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.\nThis position provides direct support to the Manufacturing team and partners closely with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to enhance performance and maintain compliance with quality standards. This is a fully onsite position at our facility in Tallahassee, Florida.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nManufacturing Quality & Continuous Improvement\nMonitor, analyze, and report on manufacturing process performance on a regular basis\nLeverage performance data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities\nLead or facilitate cross-functional teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions\nDrive improvements using structured problem-solving methodologies and the corrective action process\nPerform trend analysis to identify both positive and negative shifts in product or process performance and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders\nDevelop actionable insights to support continuous improvement and lessons learned across the organization\nReporting & Metrics\nPrepare and deliver monthly quality reports, including KPIs across multiple functional areas\nDevelop KPIs from raw data when required or consolidate inputs from various departments\nEnsure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in reporting to support business decisions\nQuality Issue Management\nLead or support containment activities for high-risk quality issues to protect customers\nDevelop, implement, and document containment and corrective actions\nEnsure timely resolution and proper documentation of quality events\nAudit & Compliance\nParticipate in the internal audit program, conducting audits per the defined schedule\nSupport product audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards\nEnsure adherence to company quality policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements\nTraining & Support\nAssist in delivering Quality Tools training sessions as needed\nPromote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across teams\nGeneral Responsibilities\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment\nSupport environmental, health, and safety initiatives\nPerform additional duties as assigned\nWhat We're Looking For\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related fieldAND\n\nMinimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing quality, supplier quality, process engineering, or related areas\nTechnical Skills & Knowledge\nWorking knowledge and practical application of:\nPPAP (Production Part Approval Process)\nFMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)\nExperience in high-volume or regulated manufacturing environments\nISO 9001 / ISO 14001 standards\nCapability analysis and statistical methods\nRoot cause analysis and corrective action tools\n\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:\nExcel (data analysis and reporting)\nPowerPoint (presentations)\nWord, Access, Visio (documentation and process mapping)\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nSix Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)\nLean and/or Six Sigma methodologies\nGD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)\nFamiliarity with ERP/MES systems and quality management systems (QMS)\nExperience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
