maintain a safe, clean warehouse, conduct equipment inspections, and safely operate material handling equipment.\nMaintain inventory accuracy through SAP and warehouse systems by processing receipts, inventory movements, transfer orders, transaction corrections, cycle counts, audits, handheld scanners, and resolving inventory discrepancies, receiving errors, and system variances.\nReceive, unload, inspect, and document domestic and international shipments; verify materials against purchase orders, packing slips, manifests, bills of lading, and ensure accurate and timely system transactions.\n.Manage receiving documentation and transportation activities, including receiving logs, customs documents, freight invoices, shipment records, proofs of delivery, invoicing accuracy, carrier coordination, paperwork completion, charge approvals, audits, and carrier performance reviews.\nInvestigate and resolve shipment damage, shortages, defects, transit issues, and receiving errors by coordinating corrective actions with suppliers, carriers, purchasing, customer service, logistics, planning, and production teams.\nServe as backup to the Receiving Team Lead by coordinating daily receiving operations, delegating work, monitoring performance, supporting training and process improvements, leading by example, meeting department/plant/division/corporate goals and supervisor standards, and performing other assigned duties as needed.\nWhat We're Looking For\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent.\n\nMinimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience in a warehouse, inventory control, shipping/receiving, logistics or manufacturing environment.\n\nExperience utilizing SAP or comparable ERP systems, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).\n\nStrong understanding of inventory control processes and receiving operations.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\n\nExcellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively across departments\n\nDemonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrevious leadership, lead, coordinator or supervisory experience.\nForklift certification or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.\nKnowledge of company freight and logistics policies.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move for up to an eight (8) hour shift, or longer as required\nAbility to sit or work at a computer for extended periods as required.\nAbility to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.\nFrequent use of computers, scanners, and office equipment.\nWork within a manufacturing and warehouse environment exposed to varying temperatures, noise, dust, and moving equipment.\nWalking between warehouse, production, and office areas as needed.\nAbility to safely navigate areas where inattention could result in injury.\nThis is a safety sensitive position.\nThis position is classified as Safety-Sensitive under the Oklahoma Standards for Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Act. \nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
