The role supports safe, efficient production while maintaining established quality standards, accurate documentation, and material flow.\nThis is a 1st Shift position. Pay starts at $19.60 to $21.00 per hour, with progression up to $23.50 per hour at 12 months.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nMaintain a safe work environment and follow all facility safety, quality, PPE, and 5S requirements.\nOperate assigned RMF equipment according to specifications, standard work, and production requirements.\nPrepare, stage, load, feed, guide, and move rubber compounds, raw materials, and production supplies through assigned RMF processes.\nMonitor equipment and material flow; make authorized adjustments and promptly report safety, quality, material, or equipment concerns.\nComplete required quality checks, production records, travelers, and shift-to-shift communication.\nSupport standardized work, continuous improvement activities, productivity goals, and other assigned duties.\nWhat We're Looking For\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nDemonstrated reliability, attendance, teamwork, and safe work practices in a manufacturing environment.\nEffective communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.\nBasic problem-solving skills and ability to work with a sense of urgency.\nAbility to complete required on-the-job and equipment-specific training.\nPhysical Effort\nActive manufacturing work requiring prolonged standing and walking; frequent handling, gripping, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling; stair use for certain assignments; and lifting/carrying materials weighing up to 55 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Work is performed around industrial equipment, noise, vibration, forklift traffic, rubber materials, oils, carbon black and temperature variations.\n\nRole flexibility: Employees may be trained and assigned across RMF process areas based on production needs, qualifications, and safe-work requirements.
