Your work will directly contribute to Danfoss’ growth while helping customers solve complex energy challenges.\nYou’ll join a global team known for collaboration, technical excellence, and a shared passion for advancing electrification and energy efficiency across industries.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nIdentify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities within the data center, power generation, and electrification markets, building relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.\n\nDevelop and execute customer engagement strategies that position Danfoss as a preferred partner for advanced power conversion solutions.\n\nCollaborate with application engineers, product specialists, and technical experts to align customer needs with the right products and solutions.\n\nManage a sales pipeline, maintain CRM activity, and provide regular updates on opportunities, forecasts, and customer engagement efforts.\n\nRepresent Danfoss at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings while collaborating with distributors and internal teams to expand market reach.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, and experience in outside sales within the power generation, power conversion, electrical infrastructure, data center, or related industrial markets, experience with variable frequency drive is preferred. Significant experience in sales within the vfd and power generation market will also be considered.\n\nStrong technical understanding of electrical distribution systems, power conversion technologies, or energy infrastructure.\n\nExperience managing customer relationships, sales opportunities, and forecasts using a CRM platform.\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, combined with a self-driven and entrepreneurial approach to developing new business.\n\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
