You will build strong partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and play an important role in expanding the presence of Danfoss Electric Heating solutions in a growing market.\nIf you enjoy working with customers, developing business opportunities, and turning technical knowledge into business value, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a global industry leader.\nYou can expect approximately 40-50% of the time spent in business travelling.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDevelop new business opportunities and generate leads for electric heating and snow-melt solutions across residential, commercial, and light industrial applications.\nManage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and technical consultation to quotation, negotiation, order placement, and project follow-up.\nBuild and strengthen relationships with customers, distributors, installers, and decision-makers, creating long-term partnerships that drive business growth.\nDeliver engaging technical presentations, product demonstrations, and value-based proposals that help customers understand the benefits of Danfoss solutions.\nMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs while maintaining a healthy project pipeline and achieving sales targets.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.\nExperience in technical sales, sales engineering, or business development, preferably within electrical, heating, energy, or building technology industries.\nStrong knowledge of electrical heating systems or related technologies; experience with electric heating solutions is highly valued.\nExperience working with distributors, dealer networks, contractors, and project-based sales environments.\nStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\nResults-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into successful projects.\nFluent Ukrainian and English language skills; Hungarian is a significant advantage.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
