That makes now the moment to shape how the market specifies hydronic solutions - and to put Danfoss at the center of it.\nReporting to the Sales Manager for Hydronics in Asia Pacific, you’ll have direct visibility into regional strategy and a clear pathway toward key account and sales leadership roles within the Hydronics segment.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nGrow sales of hydronic and chilled water solutions across data center and commercial building projects delivering profitable, sustained revenue growth in Taiwan.\nIdentify and pursue strategic opportunities and partnerships with key industry players \nWork with key stakeholders to define the right mix of products, services and solutions for Taiwan -\nPartner with other Danfoss divisions to reach shared customers \nDrive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction \nWhat We're Looking For\nDegree in Engineering or Business, with 8+ years in sales, business development or marketing - ideally in the HVAC commercial building sector.\nSolid understanding of Taiwan’s data center cooling and HVAC commercial building market, including its key players and project cycles.\nProven track record of driving initiatives and delivering results through others, often without direct authority.\nStrong communication skills in English, with Mandarin fluency to engage local customers and partners.\nHigh energy, a strong appetite for challenges, and the curiosity to keep learning as the market evolves.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
