This position will be based in Ataşehir, Istanbul.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nSupport the sales team with daily sales activities, customer follow-up, and order management to ensure smooth customer experience. \nAssist in improving sales and order processes by maintaining accurate customer and sales data in SAP and Salesforce.\nPrepare sales reports, analyze key performance metrics, and support business decision-making using Power BI and Microsoft Excel.\nCollaborate with marketing and sales colleagues on customer engagement initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities. \nHelp identify customer needs, provide operational support to existing accounts, and contribute to building strong customer relationships within the HVAC and Refrigeration industry.\nWhat We're Looking For\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field,\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nStrong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.\nA proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nFluent in English and Turkish.\nAbility to work 5 days a week during the summer and at least 3 to 4 days a week during the winter\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
