You combine a solid understanding of manufacturing with the ability to align people around clear priorities.\nYou bring:\nA bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Production Technology, or a related field.\nExperience leading technical, manufacturing, industrialization, or supply chain projects in an industrial environment.\nA solid understanding of manufacturing processes and business flows.\nProven project management skills, including managing priorities, risks, stakeholders, and milestones.\nThe ability to influence decisions and create alignment across functions and regions without direct authority.\nFluent English. Danish is an advantage, but not required.\nExperience with New Product Introduction and industrialization is a strong advantage. Experience with Agile or Scrum ways of working is also beneficial.\nYou are structured, proactive, and comfortable moving forward when not everything is defined.
