Working closely with Sales, Product Management, R&D, and Global Segment Marketing, you will help strengthen our market positioning and identify new growth opportunities.\nThe position can be based in Venice (Italy), Lyon (France), or Madrid (Spain).\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDeveloping and implementing regional marketing strategies for HVAC-R focusing on refrigeration applications, in collaboration with Sales and Global Segment Marketing.\nTranslating customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights into compelling application-driven value propositions.\nGathering and analyzing market intelligence and Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback to identify business opportunities and support strategic decisions.\nCollaborating with Product Management and R&D to translate market requirements into product roadmaps and support successful product launches.\nPartnering with Sales and Marketing Communications to develop effective messaging, strengthen customer engagement, and promote CTM solutions.\nWhat We're Looking For\nA degree in Thermal, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.\nAt least 5 years of experience in segment marketing, product management, product development, or a comparable technical-commercial role.\nStrong knowledge of HVAC-R technologies and applications, preferably within the refrigeration industry.\nExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to turn market insights into actionable strategies.\nFluency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international, multicultural, and matrix organization.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
