This is a home-based role, and candidates can be located anywhere within the United Kingdom, with a preference for candidates to be based in Ireland if possible. Regular travel to customer sites throughout the UK and Ireland will be required.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nManage and grow business with designated OEM accounts across the UK.\nBuild strong customer relationships and act as the primary Danfoss commercial contact.\nUnderstand customer organisations, product portfolios, and decision-making processes.\nCoordinate internal resources to deliver an excellent customer experience.\nLead technical and commercial discussions on Danfoss products and solutions.\nSupport strategic account planning and, where required, coordinate activity across international customer organisations.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.\nA demonstrable track record of success witihin off highway machinery including crushing, screening and materials processing machinery, mechanical engineering, electronics, or a comparable technical industry.\nProven experience in Account Management, Sales Development, or Project Management within a technical environment.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.\nProficient with CRM and business tools, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office.\nFluent English with willingness to travel regularly across the UK & Ireland.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
