This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our journey toward pricing excellence by supporting strategic pricing initiatives that drive profitable growth and enhance customer value.\nThe Senior Pricing Analyst will partner closely with Sales, Business Units, Finance, and Customer Service to manage pricing activities, develop data-driven insights, improve pricing processes, and support key commercial decisions across the Americas region. This role plays a critical part in ensuring pricing accuracy, profitability, and successful execution of pricing strategies. This role has the ability to work hybrid after a training period and has a pay range of 80-100K based on experience.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nManage and monitor daily quotation requests, ensuring timely completion in accordance with pricing policies, approval matrices, and business strategies.\nPartner with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to develop competitive and profitable pricing recommendations.\nAnalyze pricing requests and provide consultative support to the sales organization to optimize pricing outcomes.\nPerform price, margin, and profitability analyses to support strategic decision-making and identify pricing opportunities, risks, and leakage.\nMaintain pricing master data integrity and help ensure accurate implementation of approved pricing actions.\nSupport the implementation and execution of regional and global pricing initiatives.\nCoordinate and support annual price adjustment (APA) activities, including analysis, execution, and tracking.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance pricing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve pricing visibility and performance.\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement efforts within pricing operations.\nCollaborate across Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Business Units to drive alignment and execution of pricing objectives.\nPerform additional duties and projects assigned.\nWhat We're Looking For\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in pricing, finance, commercial analytics, sales operations, or customer-facing business support.\nExperience working within ERP environments, preferably SAP.\nStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process excellence.\nExcellent communication across all levels of the organization.\nStrong business acumen and customer-focused mindset.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nSelf-motivated, results-oriented professional with a continuous improvement mindset.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
