This is an opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with meaningful real-world impact.\nAs part of a collaborative global R&D team, you will influence product innovation from concept to deployment while helping develop technologies that power industries for generations to come.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead the design and development of power converter control systems, guiding projects from early concept through product implementation and customer application.\n\nDefine requirements, develop control architectures and algorithms, and validate performance through simulation, testing, and analysis.\n\nModel and simulate power electronic systems using Software-In-The-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-In-The-Loop (HIL) environments to ensure robust and reliable operation.\n\nPartner closely with hardware, test, and validation teams to deliver high-quality products on time while continuously improving system performance and functionality.\n\nSupport products throughout their lifecycle by troubleshooting technical challenges, implementing enhancements, staying current with emerging technologies, and mentoring junior engineers and students.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAdvanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with extensive experience in power electronics product development.\n\nStrong expertise in the control of power converter systems and extensive experience with PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink, SIL, and HIL development environments.\n\nSolid understanding of AC/DC, DC/DC, and DC/AC power conversion technologies.\n\nExperience with medium-voltage converter topologies and SiC-based solutions is an advantage.Experience reading and programming C and C++, along with strong troubleshooting skills using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes and data acquisition systems.\n\nAbility to thrive in global, cross-functional teams.
