You will also contribute hands-on to technical decisions that shape how the platform evolves.\nYou’ll collaborate across business verticals, data scientists, and engineering teams, while also playing a key role in communication and alignment across stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and strong team chemistry.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nBuild and optimize scalable data pipelines and data products using modern data engineering tools\nDevelop and maintain data platform infrastructure with a strong focus on scalability and reliability\nCollaborate with stakeholders across business units and data science teams to define and deliver new features\nIntegrate and harmonize data from multiple departments into a unified ecosystem\nContribute to architectural and technical decisions, occasionally supporting hands-on coding\nEvaluate and adopt emerging technologies to reduce data silos and improve the overall data ecosystem\nWhat We're Looking For\nProven experience in software development and data engineering with strong execution mindset\nStrong proficiency in SQL and Python; Go, Rust or TypeScript is a plus\nExperience with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Mage, or Dagster\nKnowledge of stream processing tools like Kafka, NATS, Flink or similar\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP); Spark and Iceberg are a plus\nExperience working with time-series databases such as InfluxDB, Victoria Metrics or TimeScaleDB\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and domains\nExcellent knowledge of English is required.
