You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications, modern digital tools, and AI-enabled solutions.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern web and cloud technologies.\nLead the technical implementation of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, architecture standards, and best practices.\nCollaborate with product owners, architects, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to deliver customer-centric digital experiences.\nDevelop and document technical designs, APIs, and software solutions that support enterprise and customer-facing applications.\nTroubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues while driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.\nParticipate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD processes, and quality assurance activities to ensure reliable and secure solutions.\nSupport cloud-based application development and integration leveraging Azure services and modern DevOps practices.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to team members while promoting engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.\nEngage with global stakeholders to communicate project status, manage expectations, and ensure successful solution delivery.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n6-10+ years of experience in full-stack software development and enterprise application delivery.\nStrong expertise in React, .NET Core, RESTful APIs, and modern software development practices.\nExperience working with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB/Cosmos DB, and API testing tools.\nSolid understanding of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, SonarQube, and Agile development methodologies.\nExperience developing cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure services.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working in global teams.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Pulumi.\nExposure to Azure AI Services, Azure Databricks, and digital solution platforms.\nKnowledge of Python and Salesforce development.\nExperience with WPF, SQLite, and Microsoft Access databases.\nExposure to customer-facing digital platforms, portals, or AI-driven solutions.\nExperience mentoring developers and contributing to technical best practices.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
