You’ll help shape technical direction, drive engineering standards and turn industrial data into reliable, scalable and valuable digital products for our customers.\nWorking within our Digital Application Solutions team, you’ll combine deep hands-on backend engineering expertise with a product-focused mindset and strong technical ownership. You’ll own critical capabilities from architecture and service design through testing, delivery and production, while guiding technical decisions, supporting other engineers and continuously raising the quality, scalability and reliability of our solutions.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nTake end-to-end technical ownership of backend capabilities for industrial IoT solutions, from architecture and design through implementation, deployment and production\nDesign, build and evolve scalable backend services using Go, MQTT, Kafka and modern distributed-system patterns\nDrive architectural and technical decisions, balancing scalability, reliability, maintainability and business needs\nTranslate complex product and customer requirements into pragmatic technical solutions, collaborating across engineering teams and service boundaries\nSet and promote strong engineering practices across code quality, automated testing, secure development, observability and CI/CD\nProvide technical guidance to other engineers through design discussions, code reviews and knowledge sharing, while continuously improving the performance and resilience of our backend services\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong hands-on experience developing and owning production software in Go within complex, real-world environments\nDeep understanding of distributed backend and IoT architectures, including MQTT; experience with Kafka and Sparkplug B is considered an advantage\nProven experience making architectural and technical design decisions for scalable, reliable production systems\nStrong experience with automated testing, CI/CD and containerized environments using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes\nStrong problem-solving and ownership mindset, with the ability to lead complex technical challenges from design through deployment and production\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with experience guiding other engineers and influencing technical decisions across engineering and product teams\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWhat you’ll get from us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
