You will need to have outstanding interpersonal communication skills to deal with customers, co-workers and suppliers.\nYou’ll collaborate with functions and take ownership of key processes, helping us move toward a more sustainable future.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nSupport and control that the QMS process is executed in accordance with QMS process including conducting of audits where applicable\nSecure that the quality control points are established and maintained in the factory and executed according to the control plan\nEnsure effective product audit execution and drive the timely implementation, verification, validation, and closure of containment, corrective, and preventive actions resulting from nonconformities through the 8D methodology.\nEnsure effective quality governance throughout the product lifecycle by implementing required quality tools and documentation before product release (NPD M5) and controlling the approval process for waivers and concessions on parts, products, and manufacturing processes.\nParticipate in the Continuous Improvement process to support the execution of improvement projects in line with the quality plan (Quality One Pagers)\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering is required.\n3 - 5 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment \nSelf driven, independent and positive learning attitude \nGood analytical and problem solving skills.
