The role combines hands-on engineering work with strong collaboration across global teams, while also maintaining a close connection to local production to ensure designs can be successfully manufactured and implemented.\nYour work will help deliver reliable, efficient, and competitive solutions that create value for customers around the world.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nAs part of a collaborative engineering team, you will contribute to both new technology development and continuous support new product development team to make early stage of product technology.\nYou will:\nDevelop and improve mechanical design solutions for brazed heat exchangers, supporting projects from early concept through released design\nTranslate customer and application requirements into practical design solutions that balance performance, quality, manufacturability, and cost\nCreate and maintain 3D models, drawings, BOMs, specifications, and technical documentation using relevant design tools\nWork closely with local new product development, production teams and global stakeholders to support design reviews, prototype activities, product changes, and manufacturing improvements\nInvestigate product or application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and help implement effective corrective actions\nIn addition, you'll contribute to design-for-manufacturing initiatives, prototype testing, and continuous efforts to improve product performance, reliability, and sustainability.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for an engineer who enjoys product technology development, innovation, technical problem-solving, and working with colleagues across different functions and cultures.\nEssential qualifications\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline\nExperience developing mechanical products from concept through design release\nKnowledge of mechanical design principles, engineering drawings, tolerancing, and materials\nExperience using 3D CAD and product data management systems, preferably Creo and NX\nFluent English and Slovene language skills, enabling effective communication with both global teams and local production stakeholders\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience with heat exchangers, gasket plate or brazed plate heat exchangertechnologies, sheet metal forming, tooling, manufacturing processes, rapid prototyping, or structured product development methodologies such as APQP and DFMEA would be advantageous.\nSuccess in this role comes from combining technical curiosity, innovation mindset, and the ability to build strong working relationships across functions, cultures, and locations.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nYou'll help engineer a better future by contributing to solutions that make a real difference around the world.\nThis role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of global product technology development and local new product development, giving you visibility across the full product lifecycle.\nYou'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries while remaining closely connected to production and the practical implementation of engineering solutions.\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
