Work from our office in Mestre (Venice), Italy.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nBuild React microfrontends for our IoT product (~75% of your time)\nCo-develop the APIs used by the UI together with the backend engineer on your team (~25% of your time)\nUse and contribute to our internal React-based design system\nWork with test automation, CI pipelines, and frequent deployments\nBuild and iterate on the interface together with our UX designer\nPropose and implement improvements to our large frontend codebase, made up of multiple microfrontends\nUse AI-assisted practices to move faster without giving up engineering rigor\nWhat We're Looking For\nYou're a strong UI engineer who's happy to build the endpoint your feature needs instead of waiting for someone else to do it. You own features end to end and help shape frontend architecture decisions.\nSolid frontend experience with React\nYou've worked in a real, non-trivial TypeScript codebase\nYou know React and Redux\nYou have experience with microfrontends\nYou have experience with integration and end-to-end tests\nYou use feature flags to ship your work frequently\nNice to have:\nExperience working with design systems\nExperience with tools like styled-components and SWC\n API development experience\nPreferably in Go, TypeScript, or Java (this is what we use)\nWillingness to learn about IoT, event-driven architecture, PostgreSQL, and message queues\nWhen we need to build something with a technology you don't know yet, your answer is \"I want to learn it\" (for example, data pipelines, Sparkplug B, or observability)\nExperience with structured AI-assisted engineering: automation beyond prompting\nWorking proficiency in English (our team language)\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWork in a small team where your decisions have a tangible impact.
