As aSenior Innovation Engineer, Liquid Cooling Data Center you will help customers reduce energy consumption, improve thermal performance, and prepare for next-generation, high-density compute environments.\nYou will work at the intersection of innovation and real-world impact, collaborating across engineering, product, and customer teams to turn advanced thermal concepts into practical, deployable solutions.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDesign end-to-end thermal system architectures for air- and liquid-cooled data centers, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability.\nTranslate customer and business needs into system designs that integrate cooling components, facility loops, and rack-level solutions.\nDefine system requirements and boundary conditions to enable accurate simulation, CFD analysis, and performance modeling.\nCollaborate across engineering, product, and customer teams to support new builds and retrofit projects from concept to implementation.\nDrive innovation in liquid cooling and thermal optimization, contributing to next-generation platforms and protected intellectual property.\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 5 years of experience designing thermal or liquid cooling systems for data centers or similarly complex energy systems.\nStrong system-level mindset, with the ability to connect facility infrastructure, cooling distribution, and rack-level solutions into cohesive designs.\nSolid foundation in thermal engineering, including heat transfer, flow dynamics, and overall system optimization.\nClear communicator, able to explain complex designs through schematics, diagrams, and well-structured technical documentation.\nHands-on experience with engineering and design tools, such as CAD platforms and thermal or CFD simulation environments, and willingness to global travel up to 20% of the time.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
