Your work will directly contribute to business performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term competitiveness.\nWorking closely with Operations, R&D, Supplier Quality, and Product Management teams, you will influence strategic decisions and help bring innovative products to market through strong supplier partnerships and effective cross-functional collaboration.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead a team of procurement professionals, developing capabilities, driving engagement, and creating a high-performing procurement organization.\nDevelop and execute European sourcing strategies, ensuring alignment with global procurement objectives while supporting local and export requirements.\nContribute to global sourcing strategies and, where required, lead selected global categories in alignment with business needs.\n\nBuild and strengthen a supplier network, managing supplier qualification, performance, risk mitigation, and long-term development initiatives.\nDrive commercial negotiations and cost improvement programs, delivering sustainable savings through strategic sourcing, value engineering, and supplier collaboration.\n Support relevant industrial processes including: APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)\nPartner with Operations, R&D, Supplier Quality, and Product Management teams to support business priorities, improve supply chain performance, and accelerate innovation.\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 5 years of people leadership experience, with a proven track record of developing teams and managing performance.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.\n6-10 years of procurement experience within industrial manufacturing, engineered products, mechanical components, or a comparable technical environment.\nStrong expertise in supplier management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and cost reduction initiatives.\nExperience working in a cross-functional and international environment, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.\nFluent English with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
