As Senior Manager, Global Supplier Quality, you will lead the strategy, systems, and team needed to ensure supplier quality, performance, and scalability across multiple regions.\nPreferred location: Nordborg, Denmark, or the Lyon region, France. Being based near one of our manufacturing locations will enable close collaboration with Operations while supporting teams and suppliers across China and the US.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead and execute the global supplier quality strategy to improve supplier performance, quality, and risk management.\nBuild, coach, and develop a growing global team of Supplier Quality Engineers across China and the US. The team is expected to approximately double in size during the coming year.\nProvide functional leadership across a matrix organization, aligning regional Supplier Quality teams and partnering closely with local Operations and Supply Chain leaders.\nPartner with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to support supplier selection and development, PPAP activities, new product introductions, product transfers, sourcing decisions, and supplier non-conformities.\nEstablish supplier KPIs, scorecards, audits, and improvement programs that drive measurable business results.\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline.\nSignificant experience of experience in Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, Quality Management, or Manufacturing Quality.\nDemonstrated people-leadership experience, including building, developing, or scaling technical teams and strengthening organizational capability.
