This will allow you to broaden your technical and commercial understanding, develop your skills across multiple disciplines, and build close working relationships with colleagues across the organisation while seeing the direct impact of your decisions.\nAct as the technical owner of assigned products, ensuring performance, quality, compliance, innovation and cost competitiveness\nLead the design and development of new mechanical solutions and products for emerging applications\nDrive product optimisation initiatives and continuous improvement activities across the portfolio\nValidate and implement design changes through testing, analysis and collaboration with key stakeholders\nPartner closely with Sales, Product Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, suppliers and customers to deliver successful product outcomes\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for an experienced mechanical engineering professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating across disciplines to create innovative products.\nEssential Qualifications\nSeveral years' experience in mechanical product design and development, ideally within manufacturing or industrial product environments\nStrong experience designing mechanical components and systems from concept through validation and implementation\nProficiency with 3D CAD tools such as Inventor or similar design software\nExperience working with product compliance requirements and relevant standards such as UL, TÜV, CE, or similar\nStrong communication skills in English and a collaborative approach to working across functions and cultures\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience with mechatronics, mechanical product design, simulation tools, AI-supported engineering methods, or product optimisation techniques would be considered an advantage.\nWork model\nThis role requires close collaboration with colleagues, production, laboratories and key stakeholders on-site.
