The job can be hybrid\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDrive the performance, reliability, and scalability of our global Windows and macOS endpoint environment, ensuring employees have a secure and productive digital workplace.\n\nStrengthen our security posture by implementing and optimizing endpoint security solutions, compliance standards, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) technologies.\n\nAct as a senior technical expert for complex endpoint and device-related challenges, identifying root causes and delivering long-term solutions that improve user experience.\n\nShape and evolve our global client architecture through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance and operational efficiency.\n\nPartner with colleagues across Security, Networking, Infrastructure, and Applications teams to deliver integrated solutions and maintain a high-quality end-user experience.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years of experience in IT Client Engineering, Endpoint Management, or a similar role supporting large-scale enterprise environments.\n\nStrong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), SCCM, co-management, and endpoint lifecycle management.\n\nHands-on experience with Windows and macOS administration, endpoint security practices, and cloud identity solutions such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).\n\nSolid scripting and automation skills, preferably using PowerShell, combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.\n\nExperience with ZTNA solutions such as Appgate is considered an advantage.
