From resolving complex network challenges to implementing new technologies, your work will directly contribute to a modern, secure, and high-performing IT environment.\nIf you enjoy working with enterprise networks, collaborating with global teams, and making a visible impact on critical business operations, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career at Danfoss.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nSupport and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across EMEA, ensuring stable, secure, and reliable connectivity for manufacturing sites, offices, and data centers.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex routing, switching, wireless, and network connectivity issues while contributing to major incident and problem management activities.\nDeliver and support network infrastructure projects, including lifecycle upgrades, office relocations, site expansions, and new site deployments.\nDrive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities, performing root cause analysis, and contributing to automation initiatives.\nCreate and maintain high-quality network documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge resources that support efficient operations and team collaboration.\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer supporting enterprise-scale network environments.\nStrong knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, routing (OSPF, BGP), VLANs, STP, subnetting, VPN technologies, wireless networking, and network security concepts.\nHands-on experience with Aruba switches, Aruba Wireless, Aruba Central, ClearPass, and network monitoring tools.\nExperience installing, upgrading, and supporting network infrastructure in complex business environments.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with a customer-focused approach and multicultural experience. \nExperience with SD-WAN, scripting, automation, ITIL practices, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. \nWe strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.\nYou’ll receive benefits on top of your salary.
