Your expertise will directly impact thousands of users and business-critical services worldwide.\nYou will join a collaborative Infrastructure Operations team where your ideas, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills will help shape a resilient and future-ready technology environment.\nThe job shall be hybrid, our address is Rozhen 41 Blvd. Industrial Park, Sofia.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDeliver reliable and secure Windows Server and RHEL environments by managing deployments, migrations, upgrades, and lifecycle activities from implementation through decommissioning.\nImprove system availability and user experience by proactively monitoring server performance, resolving incidents, and addressing service requests in a timely manner.\nStrengthen infrastructure security through patch management, Active Directory administration, DNS management, access controls, and SSL certificate lifecycle management.\nHelp safeguard business operations by supporting backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes using tools such as Commvault and similar platforms.\nMaintain accurate technical documentation, CMDB records, and operational procedures while partnering with business and project teams on infrastructure improvements and migration initiatives.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, followed by afew years of experience in server engineering, systems administration, or server infrastructure operations.\nStrong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) deployment, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, SPN administration, and secure access management practices.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS, ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, and backup technologies such as Commvault or equivalent solutions.\nFamiliarity with SSL certificate management, server patching, system upgrades, and operational support of MS SQL Server and/or MySQL environments, Professional certification in Microsoft Windows Server technologies and knowledge of ITIL frameworks are considered an advantage.\nStrong communication, predominantly in the English language; with problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
