By building trusted partnerships and creating tailored solutions, you will directly contribute to the growth of a market-leading business.\nWorking closely with an international team, you will have the opportunity to combine your technical expertise with commercial leadership, develop new business opportunities, and make a visible impact in a fast-growing region.\nThis position is preferably based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDrive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building a strong pipeline for electric heating and snow-melting solutions across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and the wider Caucasus region.\nGuide customers throughout the full sales journey, from understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions to securing orders and supporting successful project delivery.\nBuild and strengthen long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers to expand Danfoss' market presence.\nDeliver impactful customer presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of electric heating technologies and energy-efficient solutions.\nUse market insights, customer feedback, and sales performance data to identify trends, uncover new opportunities, and support strategic business decisions.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or business development within electrical, heating, HVAC, energy, or related industries.\nStrong knowledge of electric heating solutions, electrical products, or comparable technical systems used in residential, commercial, or industrial applications.\nExperience working with dealer networks, distributors, and channel partners, combined with a proven ability to develop and grow customer relationships.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused solutions.\nFluent in Russian and comfortable communicating in English.\nWillingness to travel approximately 40-50% across the region to visit customers, partners, and project sites.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.\nWe strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.\nYou’ll receive benefits lon top of your salary.
