Success in this role means a more resilient, responsive, and optimised supply chain, benefiting both our customers and our bottom line.\nYou’ll collaborate with global teams across Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and IT, and take ownership of critical data analysis, process improvements, and SAP system enhancements, helping us move toward a more innovative and efficient future.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead cross-functional projects to deliver measurable improvements in supply chain efficiency, service levels, and cost optimisation.\nSupport internal stakeholders by acting as the SAP superuser for system enhancements and providing expert coaching on supply chain processes.\nCollaborate with diverse teams including Sales, IT, and Finance to understand operational needs and deliver practical, data-driven solutions.\nUse your skills in data analysis and process mapping to identify root causes, implement sustainable improvements, and enhance KPI reporting.\nManage day-to-day production planning and inventory activities to ensure operational stability and meet customer delivery expectations.\nEnd to end demand and supply planning during backfill periods.\nETA & urgent ordering to support material planners during peak periods.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in supply chain or operations, with a strong ability to manage production planning, demand & supply planning and inventory control in a manufacturing or distribution environment.\nProficiency in SAP (including HANA) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with a proven track record of manipulating and analysing complex data.\nAbility to work well independently and in cross-functional teams, leading improvement projects with a proactive and positive approach.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to translate business requirements into clear recommendations for all organisational levels.\nA mindset of continuous improvement and curiosity, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and implement innovative solutions.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
