Do you enjoy coordinating activities across teams and finding effective solutions to customer needs?\nAt Danfoss Drives, we are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Service organization in Italy.\nIn this role, you will coordinate service requests from initial customer contact through to resolution, working closely with customers, service engineers, sales teams, and our international Drive Centers.\nYou will also have the opportunity to shape and develop this role, improving service processes, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to support business growth.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nManage incoming service requests via phone, email, and CRM, ensuring proper registration, follow-up, and resolution.\nCoordinate service activities across technical support, service teams, sales, and local or international Drive Centers.\nSupport the preparation of repair quotations and service offers.\nAct as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and proactive communication.\nMonitor service requests, priorities, and timelines to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer experience, and support service sales growth.\nTechnical responsibility remains with the relevant service engineers, technical support teams, and Drive Centers.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in customer service, service coordination, or technical support within an industrial or technical environment.\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.\nCustomer-focused mindset, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nAbility to understand technical topics and collaborate effectively with technical and commercial teams.\nFluent Italian and good command of English, both written and spoken.\nExperience with CRM or service management tools is an advantage.\nProactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach, with a drive for continuous improvement and commercial awareness.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nA lot of learning, genuinely hard technical problems, real autonomy, and a tight feedback loop with actual customers.\nOpportunities to build your career at Danfoss.
