The role is responsible for providing technical support for Danfoss drive solutions, supporting customers and partners throughout the product lifecycle, from commissioning and troubleshooting to technical guidance and training activities.\nThe ideal profile is a technically oriented engineer with experience in AC Drives, power electronics, or industrial automation. You enjoy solving technical challenges, interacting with customers, and working in a collaborative environment where your expertise contributes to delivering reliable solutions and excellent customer experiences.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nProvide technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams, assisting with troubleshooting and application-related questions.\nSupport commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting activities for AC Drives and related solutions, both remotely and on-site.\nAssist with technical projects, drive selection, and solution development according to customer requirements.\nDeliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers and partners, sharing knowledge and best practices.\nCollaborate with service, sales, and technical teams to ensure high-quality support, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent technical education.\nPrevious experience in AC Drives, power electronics, industrial automation, or related technical fields.\nGood troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a practical approach to technical challenges.\nStrong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and partners.\nFluent in English and Spanish.
