Join Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives and help us shape the future of service.\nAs our new Service Sales Engineer End User, you will play a key role in growing our service business in Italy by developing new opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing and potential end customers.\nYou will focus on the installed base and support customers throughout the lifecycle of their drives, from maintenance and service solutions to upgrades and end-of-life replacements. Working closely with our sales teams, service experts and DrivePro® partners, you will help turn customer needs into concrete business opportunities and contribute to expanding our market presence.\nYou will join the Italy Service organization while also collaborating with the Global Aftermarket Services team, combining local customer engagement with an international perspective.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDevelop and manage a strong pipeline of service sales opportunities across existing and potential end customers.\nDrive the sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through opportunity development, customer engagement and order conversion.\nBuild and strengthen long-term relationships with end customers and key stakeholders, creating demand for Danfoss service solutions.\nCollaborate with sales teams, service experts and DrivePro® partners to understand customer needs and develop relevant service solutions, including maintenance requirements, planning and budgeting.\nSupport business growth initiatives through targeted marketing activities and the continuous development of service sales processes and portfolio.\nWhat We're Looking For\nA solid background in technical sales, service sales, business development or a related customer-facing commercial role, ideally within an industrial or technical environment.\nA strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify customer needs, develop opportunities and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to conversion.\nConfidence in building long-term relationships with end customers and working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.\nGood technical understanding and the ability to translate customer needs into relevant commercial and service solutions.\nFluency in Italian and English, combined with a proactive, collaborative and results-oriented approach.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
